1. Marathon, der war lange geplant und ist in die Hose gegangen.
Puls viel zu hoch (warum eigentlich?) das Anfangstempo ist eigentlich nicht zu hoch oder doch zu schnell angegangen (Verleiten lassen, Anfängerfehler). Es lief also nicht wie geplant. Der Grund, ab km 15 die verdammten Hüftschmerzen in der linken Seite melden sich an und werden immer stärker und zwingen zu Laufpausen, will aber nicht aufgeben, deswegen keine gute Zeit mehr möglich.
