Uhr erst ca 150m nach dem Start gestartet. Zweiter Marathon innerhalb 3 Wochen und nun kaum noch Beschwerden, Hüftschmerzen sind weg, zum Schluß hin leichte Krampferscheinungen im hinteren rechten Oberschenkelmuskel. Den Lauf sehr gut eingeteilt, teils Wind von vorn ab km 25 - besonders auf der Trogbrücke -, einige kurze aber ernst zu nehmende Steigungen drinne,
nicht viel getrunken ca 1,5 Liter.
